How We Can Help

The Athens Conservancy has created this GIS resource center in order to serve public needs for better information, better land management, better environmental monitoring, and for enjoying the outdoors.

The Conservancy has extensive GIS files, many of which are not available elsewhere. Some of these area available on our downloads page. We are creating new files all the time.

 

Private Landowner Assistance

The Athens Conservancy can assist private landowners with mapping services in order to create conservation easements, land management plans, and public service developments that are compatible with wise management. Contact us to explore how we can work together.

Organizational Assistance

The Athens Conservancy can assist NGOs (non-governmental organizations) engaged in public service activities with mapping and land-based analysis services. Such assistance may be provided only where the activities are compatible with the interests of supporting environmental quality and wise land management.
